Great DOF.  The crisp flowers stalk in front is gorgeous.  What do you think about the bright white area at the top left?  It kinda pulls my eye from the subject.

beautiful imagery...i initially thought a crop would isolate the flower more but I see how that wouldn't work as your title explains your intention...very nice work Les...regards....David
