yanzhang 1 Posted December 7, 2012 This image was made in the early morning on 24 November 2012 in The Entrance - central coast of New South Wales. This rock channel was filled with coming waves due to a rising tide at that moment. Thanks for viewing this image. Link to comment
jordanek 0 Posted December 7, 2012 Outstanding light, great comp and nice water motion. Just an outstanding image. Link to comment
treyhoff 0 Posted December 7, 2012 The color tone is really outstanding. The light, texture, exposure and clouds all make this an excellent photo. The only inconsequential and subjective critique is that I would prefer the photo composed a bit more to the right, placing the foreground rock more to the left. (but only the photographer knows how that would have been and I'm sure you were looking at all the possibilities.) I love the photo (7) Link to comment
JeffBryce 0 Posted December 7, 2012 Nice exposure. Interesting contrast in motion between the channel on the left and feathery wave on the right. Link to comment
benjamin_kim 0 Posted December 8, 2012 A lovely composition. I like the combination of depth of field, long exposure and colors of the morning sky. The dramatic clouds add to the overall effect as well. Link to comment

Larry_G1664882113 15 Posted December 8, 2012 Yan, You get my applause as well on this most artistic and interesting image. The open-topped rocks look almost like miniature volcanos. I suppose this is caused by some sort of erosion? I'm fine with the image as it is composed, but suggest that you consider removing the tower or lighthouse in the distance. It is too small to have value and distracts a bit from the artistic connection between the well-textured sky and the movement in the foreground water. Beautiful image. Also, thanks for the Australian geography lesson. Best to you. Larry Link to comment
