Hi Ranga,

The mild colors and range of tones provide a pleasing view similar to that of an oil painting.

Well shot and presented.

Best Regards, Mike

i do not like the blank on the lover right corner.

what doy you want to tell us with this image?

if you are going for such a graphic display in a reflection, i would tilt it so the white clouds cut the green part in half, or to an angle.

also not so sure about the blue sky in it.

maybe go for a long exposure next time.

Ranga, I like reflections in water. Also this one. There is some resemblance with my image: "Reflections in ice". Best regards, Marco

Thanks a lot for your visit and extensive observations.

This is a picture with a local flavor, admittedly (just like first snow or first autumn leaf).

We have eleven months summer, one month winter and a couple of cyclonic storms.

This is a pond dug a few hundred years back, still surviving amidst the increased disappearance of natural water bodies inside the city.

November rains, the almost empty pond has filled to the brim (lower right hand corner), dormant grass and water flowers are merry.

Pathetically we can see some plastic trash too!

What piqued my interest was, the water and the cloud were together a single entity a few hours ago and looked like the cloud poured out to enjoy its own reflection:-)

Thanks again for stimulating me to revisit my assumptions!

well in that respect it is an interesting shot.

still, i would have chosen a more graphical approach.

personal taste and whatnot.

as far as your story goes, you might have done well if you posted it as a comment for the critique forum :)

well done.

cheerio

Thanks a lot for your revisit and observations.

A big burly cloud hung quite low

In seething anger it arched its brow!

Unable to bear its beastly burden it poured

In its own reflection became a beauty to behold!!

nice composition - I personally like more reflection and not reflection, as in the original, and not the last comment
