I have a feeling you didn't shoot it like this, but turned it in editing.  I like the framing a lot!  Tack sharp, vivid colors, and a perfect DOF.  Bravo!

Thanks for your generous comments, Christal.

The original orientation was as you see it with the bird perched on top of the flower. This particular species is about 2/3 the size of a common sparrow.
