w-j-li 0 Posted November 27, 2012 We went to Death Valley just before the Thanksgiving, and there were a lot of people there. We could not find a sand dune without any feet prints. Just before we had almost left the sand dunes, the sky turned red from the overcast condition. We wish we should have stayed near the big dune. We should have been patient. We learned a lesson. Appreciate your time and comments. Best Regards, Link to comment

alfbailey 1 Posted December 1, 2012 You have learned a very valuable lesson and still returned with a great shot.I have been in the presence of other photographers that have gone home as soon as the sun dips below the horizon, and indeed I have made those mistakes myself. But I found out (the hard way) that inevitabley the best light and colours seem to arrive up to an hour after the sun has dissapeared.Very well done Wanghan! Best Regards Alf Link to comment
trisha jean-angela 3 Posted July 24, 2013 Stunning to say the least! There is just something about the desert sunsets and the colors found in the landscape! Lovely work. Thank you for sharing. :) Link to comment
