William,   You have an interesting image here.  The bridge, which I generally would discount as a compositional element, works well in this image.  The excellent light, complementary colors of the sky and water, and the placement of the boats with their blue tarps create an artistic capture.  This should really be viewed large.  Nice work.  Larry
