Hi Dominick,

Thanks- you're right. NY and NJ were hit really hard, no doubt - but areas here were w/o power for up to 2 weeks, We had no phone, internet or power (except generator) for 9 days.

These photos are not really meant to be beauties- this day was particularly cloudy anyway. More of a documentary, I guess, but also showing what nature can do. It took us 2 1/2 days to cut through the trees on our driveway and about 1/4 mile of our co. road just to be able to get out to get diesel for the tractor. Since then, we have been chain sawing almost everyday trying to open roads and free fences (of which we have 5 miles). Coming pictures will show more of the damage and some of the clean up. There is no end in sight as to when this clean up will be done- at least we have next year's firewood already cut!

Thanks for your interest.

Greg

I admire your positive approach, Greg, to see the good even in a calamity. As Shakespeare said, there is nothing either good or bad but thinking makes it so! Best regards, Ajay.
