This is one of the many hidden pools on the road to Hana. My daughter

decided to take a jump into the deep clear water.

You timed it well, good shot.  I'm impressed with her nerve, although youth has a built-in buffer against worry ;-)... Mike

Fun shot. Of course having a pretty girl in the picture never hurts either. I like the comp and timing.

Nice that you got the whole scene showing the height that she jumped from (I'm guessing it was 30 feet?) and the water below, and yet close enough to see the excitement in her face.  Bravo to your daughter, and is it from you that she gets her courage?

Glad to have her here, we'll send her back with a Southern drawl ;-) ...

A very Merry Thanksgiving to you and your family... Mike

Fabulous 'catch'. It reminds me of the stuff in my youth. We found a spot where there were two large under water rocks with a ten foot spot of 'safe' water. My late mother would have had a fit if she knew. We played it 'safe' by going foot first like this.  All the best and happy Thanksgiving!

Wow, you caught such a perfect moment, the perfect micro-second from among a couple of thousand of them.

Quite a capture! I am sure she is used to this spot, but man, she does not look that far from the cliff. Growing up there with an adventuresome Dad, I am sure she has learned to live life to the fullest. Bravo for her and also, fantastic capture. This one will be great to show her children one day. We all get to the stage in life where it is difficult, especially for 'grandchildren' to believe we ever did anything 'risky' at all!!!

Stephen, 8 frames a second helped!  Gail, she looked waaaay too close to me too.  The water was so clear and deep, I had to jump in as well.

You caught the moment.  Congrats.  Wow!  Also love the background of the sky and jade-color wave.  Best Regards,

Wonderful capture with great colors. I just saw a Mexican Movie tittled Instructions not included, the main theme is stunts and the man did his first as a child by been thrown from a place like this. Warm regards from Miami.
