Paul, I didn't know you had stopped by -- you should have knocked (or shouted).  Good find on a building front that shows lots of character and age.  I see these sometimes right in town, especially small towns.

Just messing with my test version of Nik Silver Effects Pro. Its a great B&W conversion tool. Not sure I want to spend $200 for it though.
