Innere Wetterspitze at 10,166 ft. makes a brief but spectacular

appearance during sunrise near the Nurnberger Hut in Austria's

Stubai Alps. The mist banding seems to be unavoidable with the

web compression, sorry.

Congrats on a very beautiful image and amazing conditions. The thing that would give this image more impact in my opinion would be if the foreground led the viewer into the mountain. 

I agree Jordan - This was a bit of a compromise, since moving my position would reduce the impact of the mountain and sky.  Thanks.

I figured that this was the case, since your portfolio shows that you have a great eye for composition.

I just posted a sand dune image and I would appreciate it if you would give it an honest critique for me. It is one of those shots that I really like personally, but I can't seem to get the processing right. I'm wondering if it just isn't a great comp.
