(would love to have more details on it) The larger view is awesome.Of particular interest for me is the totaly "fluffed up" plumage, or more to the point, your masterful capture thereof. Plumage definition (or clarity) is an issue which catches many of us,in terms of an overall presentation of a bird image.(IMHO anyway).With my own images, I'm always looking for that "little extra" in the plumage...the little touch of separation, or a slightly crisper edge between feathers.... and sometimes that "missing extra" is how I define between in/out of focus.... and whether PN sees an image or not.Hope this makes sense.........??So, for me this is certainly one of your better bird images..... and I haven't even started on the beautiful head and eye (smiles).Great shotRegards Link to comment
