I love the tension created by taking this already amazing composition and turning it over like this. Her hands held off the floor add much to the concept. The chess pieces, symbolic of the battle of the game, look poised to attack is she wasn't in the way. In that respect she becomes symbolic of peace. OBTW, this is beautifully lighted as well.
