You've been a PN member for some time now and have a sizable portfolio, so I am a little surprised that you would have not remembered some of the basics that Portrait Photographers put out to us about body-width and how to minimise it.

It is claimed that the widest part of our bodies are the shoulders and hips and to minimise these areas, photographers should angle the models "away" from the lens.

I also get the feeling, from the models expression that maybe "shes' had enough"? I don't see the smile leaving the mouth area. I might have considered a "waist-up" presentation here to allow more focus on her face/eyes.

I like the soft natural lighting you have captured here..... possibly the use of a difuser here could have eased the slight shadow behind her head.

Hey, I'm no portrait photog..... so my comments here are just "how I see it" as presented....... hope some of it makes sense

Congrats to you both....... keep working on it

Regards
