The Loch V3- No Crop

better, but the larger foreground seems to diminish the size of the mountains

in the background.

A fine capture Dominick!!! I am sure you are enjoying your new Camera! My Dad managed to pick up a Mark 5 II used and is very happy with it. This is beautiful and would look lovely framed. I hope you are enjoying your vacation, or are you already back home?

Back home Gail.  I'm almost done posting the highlights of the Colorado holiday, and then I'll return to sunsets, flowers, and rainbows.  Tough life!  

I loved my Mark II.  It changed how I photograph.  The III is faster, but that's it's big advantage over the Mark II.  I hope your Dad has a lot of fun with it.

I prefer this version.  Actually, by providing a context, I think it gives the mountain scale.  It looks massive and impressive to me.  A beautiful scene!
