The Cenotes (Maya source name) are holes dug by heavy rains in the jungle of The Yucatan Peninsula, many are connected by underwater networks. According to Mayan beliefs, they lived The Rain God. GailAnthonyHarmer 6 Posted November 18, 2012 It must be so exciting to expore such places!!! And a bit scary at times also. Do you ever get claustrophobic??? Link to comment
