Circular motion . . . in their body language taken together, their gestures taken together, and the swirl of light behind then, with the eye of the hurricane seeming to be the shadow of the man's head who's wearing the cap. A very dynamic portrait, pushed to an extreme by the blaring of highlights and the stark engagement with the camera (and camera man). Nice sepia effect. The bottle probably tells at least some of this story. Good framing as well, tight and to the point.
