This is an interesting image on several levels.  Try duplicating this pose with your own body and you will experience how hard it is to do---and especially, to keep the result looking feminine and effortless.  This is a pose you do not see everyday and scores points from me for originality.  The tones and technique almost feel like a charcoal drawing.  I don't believe the hand is the center of interest (I could be wrong) but it is the brightest recognizable part of her body.  I am putting another version of your image side-by-side with the original that tones down her arm and hand (RGB 253 vs 221).  Her cheek tone is around RGB 227 so, for me, this is my preference.  Good impact in a mesmerizing sort of way.
