Putting our heads together

I am really enjoying my Canon 10D. This shot was taken at a recent

visit to a theme park.

If you were going for the color on their heads, it would have helped is most of the frame was not filled by his blue chequered shirt. If you were going for the moment, it would have helped to have some suggestion as to what they were doing or a glimpse of an expression or something. In this case I feel neither was captured well.
