A playful expression, it matches the playful hat. However, I somehow can't seem to get past thinking she is trying to be childish. Great tones and exposure.

You could call it a little silly if you were being unkind, or say it had charm if you weren't. I think "playful" was just the right word. Technically the use of depth of field is good, the lighting works well and the gentle toning is a nice finishing touch.

Well it took me 16 minutes to look through your photos, and you have an awesome portfolio.

This is number 1....if I were her, I would have been so happy to be given this photo as a gift...one of the best portraits I have ever seen........it is posed, i guess, for but looks so natural.
