ryourth 0 Posted October 25, 2012 Hi Laurent You have captured this collection of beautiful brownish golden marsh grasses growing every which way is excellent & especially like the capture of fine detail.Your landscapes all seem to contain vibrant colours. A dog, can't say I see a whole Fido but what appears to be a tail of Browser is near the centre of the image.Expect you will inform me where I can see the whole Nancy. Best Regards-Ross Link to comment
frigo 4,155 Posted October 25, 2012 This marsh grass really turns reddish at this time of the year. The unruly pattern comes when the high winds hit it when wet and flatten it;some of this is also the result of wave action as this area gets submerged at high tide. This is a favorite spot also for my dog,Caramelle whom dresses in the same tones and surveys this in search of mice or whatever on our daily suppertime walk. This is but one minute walk in front of the house.Thank you so much for the interest and for the kind comment.Merci et meilleures salutations-Laurent Link to comment
krpradu 125 Posted October 26, 2012 Caramelle,I didn't know your dog name, excellent camouflage and the tail is like a flag, may be next time will show a photo with her( I presume).I have no dog for one year and I feel the absence in my walks and not only..I had just now three and all very good,a shorthaired pointer and two briard(sheep dog).my best regards Link to comment

RickDB 10 Posted October 26, 2012 Lovely autumnal colors for a splendid landscape. The well camouflaged Caramelle is appropriately named for this shot - but Spot might have been better ;)Best regards, RickDB Link to comment
frigo 4,155 Posted October 26, 2012 Caramelle is a good companion but she does get in the way in many shots especially on low POV's as she treats this as an invitation to play.In this marsh, she loves to look for mice and has her nose down and her tail is often all that is showing as she is very short legged. Here, colorwise she blended with the grass and I got her just as she got behind the tall patch.Glad you like this;thank you for the comment.Meilleures salutations-Laurent Link to comment

frigo 4,155 Posted October 26, 2012 Thank you so much for the kind comment. You could be right but Caramelle is a label suits her very well;you can see what I mean should you have a minute sometimes to sneak a look at the PETS folder in my folio.Meilleures salutations-Laurent Link to comment
