Nice to see you posting again, Christa!  I haven't been to Sharon Woods in years, but I used to go when I was younger.  This is a great shot, mostly because of your decision to shoot from a low perspective.  Very effective shot and great DOF.

Love the depth, dof , clarity and natural color. It is obvious to me that you meticulously set up your tripod and carefully consider your composition. Often i like to shoot multiple images of the same subject and I wondered what I might have done for a 2nd image.

Well I did a crop and for me it is a study of three sets of lines. I not saying that this is the way to go - just showing another possibility. All the very best,PS I agree with Christal's comment re shooting from a low perspective.

Thank you Tony.  I had to wait a good twenty minutes for the bridge and background to be clear of people so I had a lot of time to think about how I was going to compose the image.  I like your idea too.
