"Miles from home" but who cares when you have scenery to look at like this! Such beautiful fall colours!  The bend in the road allows the viewers imagination to envisage the next scene.  Great to see you posting again Pamela your talents have been sorely missed!

This is a beautiful drive with every mile, every curve such a pleasure for my eyes! I was fortunate to be on the road with light traffic and able to stop and click my camera a few times. I have missed all of you, my camera and hope to be able to dedicate a bit more time to this love of photography. Thank you for stopping by and leaving your comment. We love traveling on roads like this rather than the super highways.  It allows for stopping and capturing shots like this one.  Beautiful fall colors with a 'tease' for what is around the corner.  What state was this in?

This is a very back road between Oregon and N.CA. I was visiting my daughter and decided to drive back to Seattle just to see the fall show :) I have to say it was a long drive as I was alone but I took my time and just savored the moments. It didn't hurt that I just treated myself to a new car....that was fun! As always it is good to hear from you and I hope this finds you well.
