Excellent colors, and cool lighting, in this jellyfish shot Cristal! Did you shoot this underwater or through the glass?

All the best,
Neil

Raymond....sorry for the delayed response.  Thanks for your comment and rating....much appreciated.

Neil....great to see you back!  I wanted to thank you for your suggestions RE: driving toward Grande Cache from Grande Prairie and the Peace River Valley.  Keep watching, and I'll soon have some pictures from there.  As for this, it was taken at the Shedd Aquarium in Chicago through the glass.....using a tripod of course.

This is amazing ........like some kind of fairy tale underwater fantasy!  I could see this as an illustration in a childrens book.

Sincere Compliments!

Thanks so much for the compliment and the suggestion.  You won't believe this, but I actually intend to use this for the alphabet book I'm making for my granddaughter (age 15 months).  It will be on the 'J' page for jelly fish.  It if turns out well, I may try to get a larger audience for it, but I'm not counting on it being much more than something to hand down to the family.  Good to hear from you recently, Alf!

Thanks for your vote of confidence on this one.  I've taken a lot of bad underwater shots, but everything seemed to come together pretty well for this one.

Magical! The colors are just gorgeous! I had hoped to see this aquarium years back when I went to Chicago but unfortunately I spent my time there in the hospital (they have very cute doctors though). I hope next trip will go differently and I will finally see this place. The colors here are unusual; does the aquarium have a light show with the jelly fish? Beautiful capture and such a lovely idea for that book for your grandchild! Thank you for sharing. :)
