i like the way the light falls on Kristy's hair; on the top where her hair is a little darker, and on the bottom where the fling of hair is accentuates the fling. i like the way the light falls on Kristy's forehead just enough to show us the twinkle in her eye; i like everything about where the light is coming from in this photo. the expression is wonderful; a mountain always moves and the sea always storms when a woman turns her head to give attention to something, lol; i like the way her hands are positioned to seeming clasp herself in protection as she turns her head; the particular colors in that dress are mute tones that blend well with Kristy's darker coloring; and the patterns in the dress are just jazzy enough to complement her surprised expression. the dress tones against the bg are a lovely match. this is a charming, sexy, elegant portrait. Kristy is lovely here, and i congratulate Hen for portraying her this way. i leave with a complaint, however, that i consider some of Hen's nudes pornographic, and nowhere nearly as sexy as Kristy. Cheers for this one, Hen ;-} dp

Hen... afterthought i'm wondering.. how old is Kristy? sometimes the subject's age influences the way i receive a photograph. Is she 18? i hope so, because despite how much i like this picture, maybe it's a little too provocative for a teenager ? your thoughts ? thanks, ;-} dp
