20121008 Vicksburg Natl Battleground-0426-Edit

I don't do a lot of selective color but when I saw this scene it was the

first thing that came to my mind. When I saw the small flag next to the

marker it seemed to scream greyscale for the markers with the color of

the flag remaining. The thought that came to my mind was that

regardless of the atrocity of brother fighting brother the nation

persevered. I used a layer mask to let the color through after changing

the background layer to black and white. Please let me know if there is

a better way. Also, check out my second cemetery picture with the

color in the trees and row after row of grave markers. Thanks for your

time.
