Jim, leveling the horizon would only require a rotation, not a perspective correction.  (All that wide angle does here is to make the boat look longer and change the relative distances from the lens.) 

As for the angle, since boats sometimes lean, I would leave it as it is.  There is nothing here that Photoshop could or should fix.
