Not enough detail since F/11 limited the 28 mm lens performance significantly.

Really like this photo, the multicoloured reflections of light on the water looks good.

My only criticism looks to have been mentioned already. The cityscape doesn't seem to have enough detail. It LOOKS as though you may have focused on the water, so might have tried f16 instead of f11 with a longer exposure. 

I'm relatively new to night photography though, so that may not be correct!
