Tern fishing

Wish I could view this one larger because I'm certain there are many details in the splash and the Terns sucessful catch that I'm missing in this downloaded image.

Of course, as I've commented before, the large watermark/signature line takes alot away from the image as submitted because of the obvious distraction. However, I suppose I understand the thought of having unauthorized use of an image downloaded to the web anywhere.

I think the reflections on the water surface from the apparent shallow area adds considerably to the overall composition but, I do wish there were more of it visible on the left side of the frame for the Tern to fly into.

All in all, still a very nice shot with lots of action!

I love to see the terns fishing, so this is near to my heart.  As previously stated the large copyright spoils the image for me, and I have to say, that if I wanted to, I could remove it in about 5 minutes, so it is probably not saving the shot from ill-doers.  Also, again, the image is so small that one can not really appreciate it's quality or otherwise.

As said in previous posts, I have been burned on a number of occasions. The paranoia has set in and obstinacy keeps it there.
