The thumbnail caught my attention. As you suggest, I viewed the larger version, and as in this smaller version, I like what I see, but it is overly saturated. In the larger version, I see some pixelation. The concept is great, and I have experimented this same over-saturation when I take flowers close up. That is why I reduce the saturation in mine, but I also fail to show the real magnificence and magical colors of flowers. I share your delight in photographing flowers.

Thanks for taking the time to comment. Just wanted to mentioned that there is no extra saturation of colors here- it really was this brilliant. Even had to tone it down a notch.

It's always a challenge to get the level of clarity on real close-ups, hence the "pixels" actually, a slight touch of unwanted noise.

I look me too large view and I think(and you can confirm or not)that those ''pixels'' I think that in fact are very fine sticky small ball that some flowers has back petals.
