I love those eyes.  The little reflected light on her left (left to me) cheek gives a touch of warmth.

My first "real" portrait shoot. the light was a challenge as it came pretty strong from the right. The reflection you're referring to must be coming from her white shirt. The whole shoot was a good learning experience for me and more importantly, made her mom very happy.
