Perhaps a different crop that isolates the more interesting elements of the image. It appears to be handheld rather than on a tripod. I'd personally like to see everything sharper thru use of a tripod. But, maybe you wanted the blurry effect.

Yes, this was shot handheld (f/2.8 and ISO800). Most of the blur comes from the lens I'm using, which introduces selective focus. This is why the center is focused and not blurry, and the edges are blurry. So yes, is intentional :)
