charity1 0 Posted September 14, 2012 The Sand Dune at Death Valley are very popular for photographers. I arrived at the dunes before dawn only to find the place packed with other photographers. We all selected our own sand dune, positioned a polite distance from each other, and waited for the sun to come up. This group of people must have come very early as they had claimed the highest sand dune. The sun rays had not yet reached the sand, but had just lit up the mountains in the background and the crowd was enjoying and photographing the spectacle. Wasn't expecting to use my Nikon 500mm reflect, but its not heavy and I occasional carry it around for moments like this. Link to comment
