Canon A540 P&S, 'A'perture priority, 1\500 @ f8, 23.2mm (140mm FF equiv). Subject of opportunity seen while looking for a parking spot at the mall. Slight tweaking in Photoshop to enhance image. Best, LM.

There was a leak in the water tower.  The guy leaning out was Dutch & thus, giving it the finger, stopped the flow. But at $500 per hour crane rental this was only a temporary solution.  Had to wait until his buddy in the yellow jacket worked the Dubble Bubble to the right consistency for a permanent fix.  Always good to hear from you.  Best, LM.

This is really the first thought that came to my mind ...the Dutch story with the finger..was funny to read your answer....aside from that it is a good composition, light and shadow ,and his hand is a nice direction to the other side, and parallel  to the shadowed side of the water tower.I hope all is well.

Welcome back!  A sudden street scene opportunity.  Thought it worth a frame or two.  I printed the colour version as the B&W lacked the tonal separation required for some drama.  Shady side of the tower seems to merge with the blue sky in B&W.  Thanks for your comment & validation of my feeble attempt at humour.  Best, LM.

Good to get your take on this one.  Yah, ball & tee for the Jolly Green Giant.  Fun shots let your imagination go nuts.  Who, with camera in hand, would let this opportunity pass by?  Apparently not me!  :-)  Best, LM.

The lengths, or maybe I should say "heights" that you guys will go to, in order to clean your spherical objects.  : - )

I actually rent things like this out for a living, but its interesting to see it from the ground I'm usually the one in the basket !

Great clean lines and sharpness Len!

Best Regards

Happy to hear you've now a new perspective on your job.  Hope you have a good supply of 'Dubble Bubble' for the temporary plugging of leaks.  :-)   Always a pleasure to have you visit.  Best, LM.
