chrisruhl 0 Posted September 11, 2012 Interesting abstract-ish shot. My first thought is that this is clothes line on a balcony... Thanks for sharing! -chris Link to comment
esteve 0 Posted September 11, 2012 Thanks a lot Chris for your nice comment. The blur effect comes from the lens I'm using. Other than that, no post other than B&W conversion and a little bit of sharpening. This is actually a drying area for clothes. There are no clothes right now :), just the clothespins.Regards,Esteve Link to comment
donna pallotta 108 Posted September 14, 2012 a great realism document dramatized by your perspective, the blurs expressing the age of the building, and focus on those centralized clothes pins. this is one of my favorite sorts a images when the ordinary is dramatized in such a way that the people don't need to be present for it to be so obviously about human activity and cultural practice. awesome, Esteve! ;-} dp Link to comment
esteve 0 Posted September 14, 2012 Donna, thanks a lot for your nice comment. You nailed what I think about this particular shot, about how human beings are present even if no one is on sight :)Thanks a lot again and best regards,Esteve Link to comment
trisha jean-angela 5 Posted June 29, 2013 Lovely shot; I like this whole folder and the idea of looking up at things maybe not noticed or ordinary and seeing it in a fresh way. Very well done. Thank you for sharing. :) Link to comment
