yanzhang 1 Posted September 10, 2012 This image was made on 31 August 2012, exposure started around 5:00am, and finished around 6:30am. This was a magic moment of Tasman River at Mount Cook, New Zealand. The glacier and the right side of the mountains were shined by the setting full moon, while by the time when the exposur finished, the Mount Cook (the left mountain peak) was then lighten by the rising sun far behind the right side mountains. thadley 15 Posted September 11, 2012 Beautifully composed with lovely lighting and colors. You were fortunate to have no motion effects of the ice. Very well done! Link to comment
