Indeed a beautiful moment! Beautiful the layers of sky, the colour of the water like molten lead and then the lone boat fighting its way out into the waves, which almost seems like a risky thing to do here. Well done!!!

The setting makes the lone boater seem so vulnerable, and that's the appeal this photograph has for me.  Potentially stormy sky, a sea with significant waves, dark rocks extending into the water, and then a single soul, all wonderfully composed.
