Young Girl

Her face is soft (out-of-focus) and her fingers are cut off.  The story is weak because the viewer cannot see what she is relating to.  Back up a bit and show more of the wagon or bike or whatever it is.

Here is a closeup to show detail of her face along with my suggested corrections.  I adjusted her color in photoshop curves and finished with unsharp masking under the sharpen menu.  My adjust for the skin also changed her hair color a bit so that would need to be be dealt with separately.  Become friends with other photoshop users who can explain further what I did with my adjustments.  Good luck.
