I know from previous images of this lady you have posted that she has huge eyes, but her eyes here look like they were enlarged further in photoshop.  Between her porcelain skin and huge eyes she takes on a bit of an alien look--very theatrical if that was what you were going for.  Her hand and face have a nice balance to it.  Her fingernails almost glow carrying further the suspicion that she is not of this earth.  Movies, such as Avatar, have beings that are similar to this.  Unusual technique and your model's visual presence provide the artistic impact and make it an enjoyable image for the eyes.  Good job.
