Storm over The Old Pueblo

The pun is intended ;-) This strike was a bit too close for comfort.

About four minutes the full force of the parent storm hit. It did

quite a bit of damage in the area, including a toppled tree over my

front walk. I find that this shot has power and simplicity. I would

like to hear your comments. Ratings can also be useful if you wish to

give them.

Beautiful color. You're a great lightning photographer. The strip of land at the bottom is a little too thin for my taste, and I'm not usually partial to square crops (but who knows what you cropped out). An outstanding shot.
