Thanks for the chuckle Ruud. I hope her expresson is a temporary 'flash' expression and not aimed at the old gentleman.  Makes me wonder what his thoughts are. People 'slow  down' in so many ways, physically and emotionally. Cognitive skills often teter 'on a ledge'. As one other said in their comment, we all 'get there'. We arrive at the realization that our bodies are slowing down. Some sooner than others. I'd like to hope when these 2 arrive home that at some point there was a 'smile' for each other. But the image, (excellent of course) reminds me of so many I know. He has the expression at this moment of a very 'patient' man.

Truly an interesting study of the elderly . . .  I truly admire such people for not giving up.  The looks on the subjects' faces are priceless.

Hello Ruud, This image has a lot of charisma IMHO. The expressions of the subjects is what does it. It tells a little story of peoples daily lives, something you capture very well. Good light and details as always.

I love this, as you take the focus off of them, per se, and put it on how you see them -- She "Hurry up!  We'll miss the sale."  He:  "Oiy... more sales; you'll bankrupt me with this."
