You have used both the natural light and this wonderful window frame to present a beautiful portrait. Her gaze off into the distance adds a sense of mystery, leaving me wonder what she is looking at or for. I do also wonder if the glass pointing at her nipple is deliberate?

I agree with Mark's comment.  Lovely image!  But in another way, it kind of makes me anxious in that I fear she will cut her nipple!
