Nice color, good exposure, attractive pose, nice posing of her hands.  Sometimes the title helps to give context to otherwise unclear elements.  The title confuses me here.  Maybe authentic representations of joyfulness vary by nationality or ethnic tradition.  I believe a western or European interpretation of her expression would be one of impatient waiting, annoyed that the photographer is taking so long to press the shutter.  In my experience I have never seen joyfulness not accompanied by a smile.  She looks like she may be self-conscious about her teeth---which if she is--could mean that her face could smile but a fan or something else could be used to block her teeth.

Very nice and colorful portrait. But the caption is not appropriate for me. It could be "colorful Jaya". :)
