miller1 0 Posted July 24, 2003 I tried to remove her hat because it wasn't on correctly. Then I had to fluff up her hair. There was no turning back!. Comments appreciated. Elizabeth Link to comment
miller1 0 Posted July 24, 2003 She was playing "dress up",,that's why she has so much on. Elizabeth Link to comment
jeff henry 0 Posted July 24, 2003 I thought this was a wonderful photo! I can't believe it's been rated so low!? I gave 5/7 Nice work! Link to comment
t._n._williams 0 Posted July 24, 2003 I'm not a pro but for me it really captures an aspect of childhood. You might try adding a little color to the halo that is around her hair, just to boost the angel effect. Link to comment
miller1 0 Posted July 24, 2003 I thought it was pretty good also. Abby loved it, I guess that's what counts. t The halo above her hair was a hat. I removed it and fluffed her hair. I guess I could lighten it now that I see it here. Thanks again. Elizabeth Link to comment
elaine_roberts1 0 Posted July 24, 2003 Not bad, but having the 'softness' only over her face makes one think that it was out of focus. You have only her neck and chest sharp which doesn't make much sense. The hairwork isn't bad, but I'd either leave the face untouched, or if that's not possible, blur the clotheing to match the rest of it. I'm also interested in what the original looked like, hat and all - even if it wasn't on right, it still might have 'worked' as a photo of a little girl playing dress-up! Link to comment
MichaelChang 12 Posted August 26, 2005 The before/after is a remarkable transformation and well worth the effort. Link to comment
