Pierre, Very peaceful image and nice perspective. There isn't any wind. Everything is in balance. There are two striking things in this quiet ambiance, that could cause for restlessness: the two saw cuts. I think you did this very conscious or not? Best regards, Marco

E' una bellissima e calda idea di "porto" in senso metaforico. Emana un profondo senso di "nostalgia": riuscirà quel pescatore a raggiungere la sua meta? Tutti noi spesso desideriamo o no raggiungere il nostro porto?

A well balanced and perfectly exposed image. From the detailed foreground timber walkway to the distant boat andf tree, the placement and seperation is faultless. Beautifully done!

What I feel looking to this image is that the time stop for a moment,I think that this is cause of how calm is all nature there,water and sky with this clouds,interesting shot.
