Hi Mark,

You have made some very nice pictures with her but I think this is my favourite.  It is intimate and the tones are subtle which, together with the tight framing, increase the intimacy. It's beautiful.

Very nice shot Mark, very personal, one can immediately distinguish the private shot from that taken during a group activity. 

I'm on the net, but will not be again very shortly. I will catch up on the excellent work I have missed on my return, still a few weeks ahead of me.

I do get the feeling of claustrophobia when I look at this. That is unusual as I am not claustrophobic. (At least I don't think I am.) This fact makes the image interesting. While the shot is good, the feelings it evokes makes me unsure if I like it or not. (I hope you get what I mean!)

Thank you all for the kind and supportive comments. As I stated this was not posed but was another of those wonderful accidental moments we all get during our photoshoots. At some level it immediately reminded me of a local sculpture, Light Dispelling Darkness, made during the Great Depression. One particular element, attached, came to mind as I saw Anoush in this position.
