Thanks everyone. This lady is is a cowherd. She lives in a tiny village of about 1500 population. The husband would most likely be a farmer. They also own a flock of cows and buffaloes. When I saw her she was leading her group of cows back to her home after taking them to graze. Hence the stick and the rope. I asked for a picture and she readily agreed. She posed with elan I must say! 

You get a great pose from her. lovely colors in this shoot too.

 I wish that all the models( maybe also the photographers!) portrayed on photonet would take some lessons from this lady. Her posture is elegant with a little hint of authority! Well captured! Verena
