love this....I cannot actually say if I've ever seen the milky way....need to get out where it is truly dark and see it!  the tree of life as a reference to our biological history against the backdrop of the cosmos?  Really cool!!

I love the foreground lighting, the contrast it provides to the shadowed trees in the background, and of course to the Milky Way.

 

If I had to find something to critise, it would be that it looks like there is a billboard or something in the lower left corner.  I could consider cropping the entire left side of the image off, it also has some lit up trees (perhaps from the billboard)
