the photograph is itself a dynamic performance Gunnar , with sound and movement, and as always your forte, the way you see, and incorporate, the beauty of geometry in your frames; a sophisticated sensibility that shows time and again in your work. It’s in your blood it seems.

Wonderful sense of movement coupled with the pomp and pageantry of the ocassion makes this a compelling scene. The burred flags are further accentuated by the sharpness of the rest of the image.

Everything Alf Said, great movement, this iage really gives this ceremony some life, B&W is also a great choice, i feel that colour would offer to much and confuse the viewer. Excellent work Gunnar, timming is great

The effect of that circular sense of movement is great indeed, Gunnar -- I like the repetitive shapes of the gothic windows against those patterns on the blurred flag -- B&W works perfectly here...

 

Wonderful action in the swirl of flags revolving around the central figures. It has such a strong sense of movement than it made me a little dizzy when I first saw it.
