That's a wonderful tradition.  Personally, I would have liked a bit more light on the upper half.  I'm not an expert on lighting, but I wonder if her hair could somehow have been separated from the background.  Nice pose, the confidence that comes from a beautiful 15-year-old who is just coming into the world but who has not yet faced its challenges (yes, that's an assumption).

Good result gorge, of this beautiful girl.As a suggestion I  would reduce the space above her head to achieve an overall balance.Regards  John

I like the way this portrait is presented. A young girl at fifteen revealing in every way her entry into adulthood, shows confidence in her pose and proud of her beauty.

I am uploading my version of your image to correct for the blue color cast on her skin.  I began by using the shadow-highlight image adjustment in photoshop cs to get separation of the subject from the background.  I used curves to put the color where I wanted it. The pose is good.
