From my recent workshop at The Center for Photography at Woodstock.

An abstract image of Vera.

I see a similarity between this and my latest upload 'Pilcrow.' I must admit I am beginning to enjoy partial images... if that is the right term. I do hope to see more. I must take more myself. Thanks for the encouragement.

In my opinion this picture is brilliant: both as a technical achievement and also as concept. I hope to follow a long series on the same line, regardless of the ratings received on the way.

David - Thank you for your usual very kind comment. I did notice some similarities with your image. I made this before I saw yours but it is always nice to see two interpretations of a similar theme. I have another that I will upload shortly.

Dan - I'm not sure brilliant but I'll take the kind compliment. As for the ratings, I suspect, from other recent experiences, that people don't like to see implied nudes in the nude category.

I don't think that picture it's a "nude". I think is about "The fusion of textures and lines".

Maybe rather has its place in "abstract" or "fine art". However, I see a text put on it and posted on the street for advertising.

Stocia - While I agree with you about the categorization, Vera is clearly nude so I'd rather err by listing the image there. I am pleased you find the textures and lines appealing.
